Prior to joining The Sullivan Group, Michael Sullivan had over 20 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies. Previously, he served as President of Western Mutual Group, Inc., and Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Endeavors Technology, a publicly-traded company.
His vision for The Sullivan Group includes working with all clients to ensure a national presence while maintaining a high-touch, high-quality customer experience. He has a B.S. with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California.
She began her career in 1978 as a freelance Certified Court Reporter for several large reporting agencies in Los Angeles. In 1994, she started Sullivan & Company Court Reporters, serving the medical malpractice, employment law and business communities.
In 2006, she led The Sullivan & Company Court Reporters in the acquisition of Carol Ann Hargreaves Company to form today’s combined The Sullivan Group of Court Reporters business.
Ms. Sullivan is actively reporting and continues to serve as President of the family-owned business.
Cathy Chu joins The Sullivan Group as a Partner, having started in the court reporting business in 2003. After earning her Bachelors in Business Administration and Court Reporting Certification, she worked as a successful sales executive, providing excellent customer service and developing a reputation for exceeding customer expectations.
Cathy will continue to provide clients with state-of-the-art technology utilizing the experience she has gained from over 13 years in the industry as she opens the San Diego branch of The Sullivan Group.
Pamela is a welcome addition to our team. She joins us with 20 years of experience and knowledge in the court reporting industry. She attained her CSR license in 1991 and began reporting in Los Angeles. After reporting for several years, Pam was given the opportunity to work inside the agency. She spent the next 16 years in a variety of roles at several different agencies: Account Executive, General Manager, Director of Business Development, Project Manager and opened an office in Las Vegas.
Pam attended South Coast College of Court Reporting from 1987 to 1991. She lives in Irvine with her “Better Half,” has a beautiful daughter and adorable grandson.
